| The Taxicat is great for kayakers & campers. It can carry 6 kayaks at once & has dry storage bins in the bow for perishable items. Folding stairs fitted to the bow make beach landings easy for all ages. Its twin hulls make it a comfortable, soft ride on Kachemak Bay. |
Prior to the 2004 water taxi season, the Stonehocker was a salmon gill netter in Cook Inlet. In July of 2003, the Stonehocker caught and delivered 10,000 lbs of kenai red salmon in one day! So if you have a big load, don't worry we have the boat to haul it. |

Some
days on Kachemak Bay can be unbelievably beautiful. The photo on the
right was taken shortly after dropping off a group of kayakers to set
out on their adventure. You can bet they had a good time. |
